• Payments are processed via the methods available on the platform.
• Services are considered delivered once access to the functionality is granted.
• Refunds are only issued in cases where the service cannot be used due to our technical fault.

4. Accuracy of Features

• We strive to ensure that all features, including AI usage detection, work as accurately as possible.
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the results.

5. Responsibility

• We do not make hiring or rejection decisions - we only provide the tool.
• You are responsible for the content of your interview tasks and the outcomes obtained through the service.
